We reserve the right to any typographical errors in text and images as well as product specification errors on all products in the assortment. Every single NIFTY+ is unique, as they are both handmade and from leather cut offs. At NIFTY+ we welcome imperfection as a straight result of textile waste.
From the very beginning it has been a clear vision of ours not to discriminate against stains, bumps, scratches or other variances that might occur from using leather cut offs.
However, if you should feel the imperfections on your specific NIFTY+ are too much for your liking, we’ll gladly exchange it for a different one in the same color depending on our stock.
Another factor when using cut offs is that the specific color or print will be in smaller editions and therefore we can not guarantee it will be back in stock once sold out. We will frequently be adding new colors and textures.
Exchange and Refund:
We have a 30 day refund policy - depending the product is unused and in original packaging.
Refunds are always sent back to the original charge source. It’s not possible to refund a charge to a different destination (e.g., another card or bank account). If the charge card has been expired or canceled, the customer’s new card will be credited with the refund.
In the rare case that the customer doesn’t have a new card, the bank usually sends the refund to the customer’s bank account.
We submit refund requests to your bank immediately. You’ll sees the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank. Once issued, a refund cannot be canceled.
You have a 2 years of warranty under the Buying Act from when the purchase was made, if your item contains extensive errors or omissions. If you have received faulty items or have been wronged, please contact customer service at mail: email@example.com.
If you notice any damage to the package before you open it or suspect that a product is missing in the package or that the seal is broken, it must be notified immediately to Customer Service.
The warranty does not cover errors, damage or wear, directly or indirectly caused by improper use or poor maintenance.
Leather products need maintenance in form of leather grease and in some cases leather impregnation if grease is not desired, as it can alter the color of raw leather surfaces. We advise maintenance every 2 months - depending on how frequently your NIFTY+ is used.
